Red-Skinned Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red-skinned potatoes
    1 tsp. soybean oil
    pinch of salt
    1/4 stick butter
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    pinch of black pepper
    1 tsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Add salt and soybean oil to 1 quart water.
    Bring to a boil and add potatoes until fork-tender.
    Remove potatoes and add butter, heavy cream, pepper and sour cream.
    Mash.
    Serves 4.
