Cheese Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen veggies (broccoli mix is good)
    1/2 C. chopped onion
    1/4 C. margarine
    1/2 C. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 3/4 C. milk
    10 3/4 oz. can chicken broth
    8 oz. jar processed cheese spread
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Cook veggies to your liking.
    Saute onion in margarine. Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir in the milk.
    Gradually heat to boiling;
    stir constantly. Reduce heat and add remaining ingredients (broth, cheese, mustard).
    Heat thoroughly.
