Turkey Barbecue(40 Mini Sandwiches) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground turkey
    1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 medium red bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
    1 (15 oz.) can Italian tomato sauce
    1 (12 oz.) jar chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    40 miniature sandwich buns, split
Preparation
    Brown ground turkey in large skillet or saucepan; drain.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except buns.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until thickened.
    Serve in buns.
