Chicken Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium to large chicken breasts
    3 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. sliced jalapeno pepper
    1/4 c. sliced green pepper
    1 large bag Doritos/tortilla chips
    12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts.
    (Skin, debone and tear into small pieces.)
    Mix chicken pieces, cream of chicken soup (not diluted), onions and peppers.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with corn oil. Layer chips, soup mixture and cheese until soup mixture is gone. Final layer of chips and sprinkle top with cheese.
    Cover with foil.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove foil; cook for 5 more minutes.
    Allow to cool for 10 minutes and serve.
