Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. squash, cooked
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 egg
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
    10 to 12 Ritz crackers or saltine crackers
    1 small jar pimento pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well, using 1/2 cup grated cheese.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Put 1/2 cup grated cheese on top of casserole. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
