Blueberry-Lemon Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. regular flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg, well beaten
    3/4 c. half and half
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 c. blueberries
    1 lemon
Preparation
    Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and 3/4 teaspoon salt.
    Combine egg, milk and oil.
    Add all at once to flour mixture.
    Stir until moistened.
    Fold in blueberries which have been mixed with 2 tablespoons sugar, the peel of 1 lemon and the juice of that lemon.
