Cabbage Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg
    1/2 to 3/4 c. grated cabbage
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. catsup
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 as you would for any meat loaf.
    Time depends on thickness of loaf.
    Drain juice off as it bakes.
    Cabbage will produce extra liquid.
