Lemon Snowdrops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract
2 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; add extract.
Sift together flour and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Roll level teaspoonfuls into balls.
Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets; flatten slightly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8-10 minutes.
