Cole Slaw, Frozen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. bell pepper
    1 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 carrot, shredded
Preparation
    Shred cabbage; add salt and set for 1 hour.
    Mix sugar, vinegar, water, celery and mustard seed.
    Boil for 1 minute.
    Let cool.
    Add pepper and carrot to cabbage.
    Pour mixture over cabbage.
    Mix well.
    Put in containers and freeze.
    Will keep in refrigerator a week or more.
