No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. stew meat
    2 lrg. onions, sliced
    5 carrots, cut in chunks
    4 potatoes, cut in chunks
    3 stalks celery, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant Tapioca
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 C. tomato juice
Preparation
    Put raw meat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Place raw vegetables on top of meat.
    Combine salt, sugar, tapioca and pepper; sprinkle evenly over veggies.
    Pour juice evenly over top. Cover with heavy duty foil and crimp edges to seal tightly.
    Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours and Don't Peek!
