Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 c. rice, uncooked
3 c. water
1 large onion, peeled and chopped
3/4 c. green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. butter
4 bouillon cubes
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) mushroom soup
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix bouillon and water.
Sprinkle rice over bottom of a casserole dish.
Chop onion, green pepper and place on top of rice.
Place butter pats on top of green peppers and onion.
Pour bouillon mixture over casserole.
Put chicken on top of rice mixture.
Pour the mushroom soup over the chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
