Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    pinch of salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix flour, butter, powdered sugar and salt.
    Pat in 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes (don't brown).
    Beat the eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice for 3 minutes.
    Pour over hot crust and bake 20 to 25 minutes more.
    When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Double the recipe for 9 x 13-inch pan.
