Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium cabbages
    8 carrots
    8 red peppers
    8 green peppers
    12 medium onions
    3 pt. white vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard seed and celery seed
Preparation
    Grind first 5 ingredients in blender. Add 1/2 cup salt. Let stand for 2 hours. Drain dry or squeeze out. Add vinegar, sugar, mustard seed and celery seed. Mix well; pack into jars and seal. Makes 10 pints.
