Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
6 c. sliced Delicious apples
1 Tbsp. butter
1 unbaked double pie shell
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in saucepan.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
When thickened, add apples.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Dot with butter.
Cover with top crust.
Cut slits for escape of steam.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 50 minutes or until crust is brown and juice bubbles through slits.
