Gone All Afternoon Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    3 medium carrots, sliced
    2 onions, chopped
    3 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 soup can water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. red wine
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. water or tomato juice
    1 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 onion, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes turning once.
