Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening or margarine
1 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. raw rhubarb, cut very fine
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with mixture of 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
