Ham Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. ham drippings
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. dark raisins
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Blend cornstarch, mustard and salt into ham drippings.
    Add water, sugar and raisins.
    Cook and stir until clear and slightly thickened.
    Blend into vinegar and lemon juice.
    Makes 3 cups.
