Taco Dip Ambrosino - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 jar taco sauce (hot or mild, to taste)
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 large tomato, chopped small
    1 large avocado, chopped small
    1 can black olives, chopped small
    1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped small
Preparation
    Cream together with a fork cream cheese and cottage cheese until blended.
    Layer mixture in bottom of a glass pie plate or serving bowl/plate.
    Add layer of taco sauce, vegetables and Cheddar.
    Alternate layers until supplies are exhausted. Finish with Cheddar and garnish with parsley.
    Serve with taco chips to scoop.
