Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium cabbage, grated
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 medium green pepper, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
1/4 tsp. oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation
-
Heat sugar, salt, oil and vinegar until mixture boils and turns clear (until sugar melts).
Pour over cabbage mixture; do not stir.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
