Mushrooms And Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. top sirloin
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
3 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. dry vermouth (wine)
1/4 c. Jack cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Cut steak into 4 servings. Melt butter in skillet; add Worcestershire sauce, basil and tarragon.
Place steaks in skillet. Cook 5 minutes on both sides.
Remove to warmed platter.
Cover with foil.
Place mushrooms in skillet.
Add wine, salt and pepper.
Saute until mushrooms are cooked.
In a small bowl, toss cheese with flour and stir in with mushrooms.
Cook until cheese is melted.
Pour over steaks.
Great with potatoes (baked) and salad.
