Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. hot water
1 c. walnuts or pecans (optional)
1 1/2 c. raw cranberries, cut in half
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, ginger and baking powder and sift together.
Mix salt, egg, orange juice, butter and water together.
Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
Add the nuts and cranberries to the mixture.
Pour into a well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until the tester inserted in middle of loaf comes out dry.
