Creamy Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. potato chunks (no peels)
4 c. light broth or water
1 1/4 c. chopped pale celery
5 c. cauliflower pieces (1 head)
1 small onion
1 whole garlic clove
1 Tbsp. olive oil or butter
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 tsp. salt
pinch of pepper
parsley sprigs (garnish)
Preparation

Cook potatoes in broth.
Chop celery and add.
When potatoes are almost done, add cauliflower and cook until tender.
The potatoes must be very well cooked, otherwise soup will be gluey.
