Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. scalded milk
1 pt. breadcrumbs
4 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 c. confectioners sugar
4 egg whites
Preparation

Put scalded milk in breadcrumbs.
Add 4 egg yolks, sugar, butter and grated rind of lemon.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
Beat egg whites into confectioners sugar until stiff. Spread over bread pudding to seal.
Set into a 350\u00b0 oven for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
