Meatballs(For Macaroni Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chopped meat
    7 to 8 cloves garlic, minced
    3 shakes black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 pinches sweet basil
    5 to 6 eggs
    approximately 5 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (if you use dry use less)
    2 c. unflavored bread crumbs
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix
    ingredients
    well\tand
    roll into small meatballs. Let 1/2
    wedge of lard or some Crisco melt in frying pan.
    Put in meatballs, let brown on all sides and remove.
