Fried Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    few grains cayenne pepper
    2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation
    Mix Cheddar cheese, flour, salt and cayenne pepper.
    Add egg whites.
    Shape into small balls and roll in fine cracker crumbs. Fry in deep oil at 375\u00b0 until golden.
    Serve hot.
