Re-Baked Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium baking potatoes
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. chopped onion
Parmesan cheese
paprika
1 chopped green pepper
Preparation
-
Scrub potatoes and grease with corn oil.
Bake for 5 minutes in microwave or 20 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
Test with fork for tenderness.
Wrap in foil and set aside.
