Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 can pumpkin
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream sugar with shortening.
    Add three eggs, one at a time, beating between each addition.
    Add soda, salt, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin.
    Add flour and beat well.
    Cook in a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
