Boiled Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add vinegar, lemon juice, water, butter or oleo.
    Cook on low heat until thickened, stirring.
    Add beaten yolks and cook 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool.
    Refrigerate.
