London Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. London broil
    1/2 c. Burgundy wine or vermouth
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. ginger
    parsley
Preparation
    Combine wine, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and parsley in baking dish.
    Marinate meat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Broil for 30 to 35 minutes at 550\u00b0, turning every 5 minutes.
    Baste with mixture at each turn.
