Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 can biscuits
1 pkg. frozen hash browns
5 eggs
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch sheet cake pan.
Fry sausage, crumbled. Press biscuits into bottom of pan until covered.
Sprinkle frozen hash brown potatoes over biscuits.
Sprinkle sausage over hash browns.
Beat eggs real well with a little milk.
Pour eggs over mixture.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
