Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. apples, chopped
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Combine apples and sugar.
Beat eggs with vanilla and oil and mix with apples.
Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Combine with apple/egg mixture.
Blend in nuts; spoon into an 11 x 14 x 2-inch pan and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
