Mexican Meat Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/8 tsp. cayenne
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    In large skillet cook ground chuck, onion, garlic and cayenne over medium-high heat, stirring often until meat is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
    Add chili powder, cumin and salt.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Add tomato sauce and cook, stirring often, until thickened, about 5 minutes.
