Easy No Crust Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a blender or electric mixer and pour in a 10-inch, buttered Pyrex pie pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
This will bake to a delicious crust and a toasted coconut top.
