Dutch Potato Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. hot water
    4 c. mashed potatoes
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. minced parsley
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.
    Place mashed potatoes in large bowl.
    Add slightly beaten eggs, bouillon cube mixture, onion, salt, pepper and parsley; blend well.
    Place in a 1-quart greased casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven with chicken, or until browned on top.
