Penny'S Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts (about 2 1/2 lbs.)
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
    2 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 clove garlic, minced or crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    3/4 c. melted butter, divided
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts in half. Mix sour cream, lemon juice, and all seasonings. Coat chicken in the mixture. Refrigerate; allow to marinate for 8 hours or overnight. Roll chicken pieces in bread crumbs.
    Arrange in baking dish. Drizzle 1/4 c. melted butter over breasts. Bake 45 min. at 350\u00b0 F. Drizzle another 1/2 c. melted butter over chicken and bake 15 min. longer.
