Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. (5 pkg.) cream cheese
    8 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    16 graham crackers (2 x 2-inch squares), crushed
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 stick oleo
Preparation
    Let cream cheese and eggs sit out and get room temperature. Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla and heavy cream for 15 minutes.
    Mix graham crackers, sugar and oleo.
    Place graham cracker mixture in 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Pour cream cheese mixture over graham cracker crust.
    Bake at 500\u00b0 for 12 minutes. Reduce to 250\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Turn oven off (do not open oven) and leave in oven 6 hours.
    Cool.
    Remove from pan.
