Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 2/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; beat well.
Bake in a buttered loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool and slice.
