Baked Ziti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sweet or hot Italian sausage or 1/2 and 1/2
    1 (15 oz.) jar Ragu sauce
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 (20 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 cloves garlic
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage with garlic.
    Add Ragu sauce and tomato paste. Simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
    Cook 16 ounces ziti according to package instructions.
    In a large casserole dish, place a layer of ziti, then layer of sauce, followed by cheese.
    Repeat process ending with sauce.
    Bake, covered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with Parmesan cheese.
