Blueberry-Orange Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. blueberries, cleaned
    1 1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. pecans, finely chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. orange juice
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Toss blueberries with 1 tablespoon flour and set aside. Combine remaining flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
    Stir well and set aside.
    Combine egg, water, orange juice, margarine and 1 tablespoon orange rind.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring well.
    Gently fold in berries.
