Sausage-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (wild or white)
    1 medium sweet onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    2 oz. mushrooms
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed on package.
    Rinse and drain.
    Brown sausage; add onion, pepper and celery.
    Cook vegetables until tender.
    Add rice, mushrooms and soups.
    Pour in greased 3-quart casserole dish.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
