Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. rice
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Wash rice.
    Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper and onion.
    Shape into small balls.
    Heat tomato soup and water in crock-pot.
    Brown meatballs.
    Add all to soup mixture; simmer for 1 hour.
