Baked Butternut Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups baked butternut squash, mashed
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup milk
    2 eggs beaten
    1/3 cup melted butter or oleo
    1/2 can coconut cream (buy in can; Goya)
    1 tsp coconut flavoring
    1/2 tsp ginger, grounded
Preparation
    Skin & extract seeds, mash with a fork. Place all ingredients in a baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until baked solid and a knife inserted comes out clean.
