Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. Crisco
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Separate eggs.
Beat egg whites and set aside.
Beat egg yolks.
Add sugar and Crisco, then add milk, flour, baking powder, vanilla and lemon extract.
Add beaten egg whites.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour; last 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
