Meat Loaf Layered - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean beef, ground
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb flavored bread stuffing mix
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Combine beef, salt, pepper, onion and milk.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package.
    Fill pan with three layers of meat and two layers of stuffing, beginning and ending with meat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Makes six servings.
