Lemon Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lemon cake mix
    1 box lemon instant pudding
    3/4 c. Crisco oil
    3/4 c. water
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Pour 1/2 of batter into a 10 x 12-inch greased baking dish.
    Mix sugar and cinnamon.
    Spread 1/2 over batter and 1/2 of nuts.
    Then add rest of batter, cinnamon and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    You can use any flavor cake mix and instant pudding you like.
