Omaha Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hashbrowns
    1 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. crushed cornflakes mixed with 1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Defrost potatoes.
    Combine all ingredients except cornflakes. Put them on top.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 60 minutes, uncovered in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
