Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
9-inch unbaked pie shell
2 or 3 c. finely cut apples
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix flour and sugar. Add vanilla, sour cream and egg. Beat until smooth. Stir in apples and salt. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0. Bake about 30 minutes longer. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with topping crumbs. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes.
