Cranberry Fruit Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole cranberries
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. shortening
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Thicken cranberries with cornstarch.
    Combine flour, shortening and milk.
    Roll out on floured surface.
    Cut with 4-inch cutter. Spoon 1 teaspoon of cranberries on each one.
    Go around each with milk to seal edges.
    Cover and seal with a fork to crimp.
    Lightly grease sheet to bake.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 15 to 20 minutes.
