Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. rice
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Cook rice in water with oleo until water is evaporated. Cook broccoli
    with
    onion, celery and green pepper until half done. Do
    not overcook; drain, reserving juice.
    Mix together broccoli and
    rice,
    add mushroom soup and 1 can of juice from cooked broccoli.
    Put
    in
    greased
    Pyrex casserole, top with Velveeta cheese
    and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until hot and cheese is melted.
