Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs or egg substitute
3 c. grated zucchini (unpared)
1 1/4 c. Bisquick (low-fat)
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese (lite)
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients together.
Put into a greased (Pam) 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
